They were told to find Mead and she would give them the keys.

I was shocked to learn that paying $300 per night and Mead was not there to give them their keys. I certainly would not accept that. Is this something that goes on in Jaco Beach? I understand that vista las palms is the tallest building in Costa Rica and that it is beautiful.

We love vacation rentals by owner because they are so much cozy. We stayed at one in Cozumel and we did not pay any taxes as we sent the money to the owner of the condo.

My friend just returned last week and said it still looked like it was under construction. Is this true? There is not a website for it but a page for it on the Daystar property website but I would not want to stay there while it was under construction.
