want to move to costa rica and open asmall store in san pedro mall with $20,000 as i am semi retired earning $520 social security with the store will be atleast$1500 which will make me qualify to have a bussiness atleast for one year as my house get sold then after 1 year i can buy the property
please let me know if i can do all that
how will it works as oppose to fee and so on
