My favorite of all time is Billabong Odyssey. It’s all about how Billabong assembled a team (Gerlach, Parsons, the Santa Cruz crew) to look for big waves all around the world over the course of a couple years. The very first scene is amazing.
Another good one, more along the lines of Step into Liquid is “Riding Giants”, which covers from the early pioneers of big wave surfing up to Laird and company today.
